It’s important for buyers of manufactured homes to make sure they include the ENERGY STAR® option in their new homes. Peninsula Light Co. offers a $1,200 Northwest Energy-Efficient Manufactured Housing Program™ (NEEM) incentive on qualifying installations.
- NEEM certified home must be heated with electric heat
