We kindly ask you to log into your PenLight SmartHub account and verify that your account and payment info are current. Due to privacy guidelines and the importance of your data’s security, credit cards used for autopay were not brought over into our new billing system and must be re-entered.

Please note that your previous PenLight login and password will no longer work to sign in, and re-registering and creating a new login is required. 301863

Creating your new login on our website is quick and easy. Please visit penlight.org, click Register for Online Access to re-register your account with your new 4-to-6-digit account number, which can be found on your bill, pay any balance due, and re-enter your payment information to re-activate AutoPay.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this system conversion as we adapt to new processes. Late fees are waived during this time, as we want to provide our members with ample time to re-register and update payment information.
