The Fox Island Fair is an island tradition, hosted by the Fox Island Community and Recreation Association.
Through the years, it has become their biggest community event of the year, featuring their popular Music and Food Court that lasts the entire day, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be hot dogs, burgers, kettle corn, ice cream, cobbler and more. There will be beer and wine gardens for adults.
Returning this year are the popular raffle room, the flower show and special Fox Island emergency preparedness and citizens patrol displays.
An opening ceremony is at noon, at which the Fox Island Honor and Color Guard will present the colors, followed by the singing of the national anthem by Sarah Tweet and the “World’s Shortest Parade” to honor this year’s grand marshalls.
