Beginning this year, you will see Peninsula Light Co. employees in your neighborhood upgrading meters as part of our meter upgrade project. Existing meters are reaching the end of their life cycle and require replacement. Upgraded meters are equipped with modern technology and allow members easier access to energy usage information and provide better outage notification, enabling more efficient power restoration and improved system status.
