Updated Annual Meeting Notice

An Important Message Re: Peninsula Light Company’s Annual Meeting

Dear Members –

Based on Governor Inslee’s directive, and in accordance with our Bylaws, the Board of Directors of Peninsula Light Company have decided to hold the 95th Annual Meeting via audio conference without in-person attendance.  As such, our office will remain closed to the public and the Annual Meeting will be held via telephone conference line at 5:30 pm on Monday, May 4.

PenLight does not take this decision lightly, but the health and well-being of our employees and members must come first. We thank our members for your continued understanding during these special circumstances.

The Annual meeting agenda will include a State of the Utility from CEO Jafar Taghavi, announcement of Board Election results and presentation of the annual Treasurers Report.

The conference will be call-in only to ensure seamless listening opportunity for all. In lieu of a live Q&A session, we encourage members to submit comments and questions to annualmeeting@penlight.org. We will be monitoring and responding directly to members inquiries for one week following the meeting.
