The Maritime Gig Festival is an annual celebration of the community in which we live. It highlights rich history, traditions, and economic vitality. The festival includes the Grande Parade, U.S. Bank 5K Family Fun Run, Wheels on the Water Show, Blessing of the Fleet, music, entertainment, vendors, and more! Peninsula Light participates, sponsors, and looks forward to the parade and festival every year. It is always joyful and humbling to march through the community in which we serve. We look forward to next year as Peninsula Light celebrates 100 years of making the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula area an even better place to live, work, and play.
This July, Peninsula Light celebrates its 99th anniversary. Community support and involvement are important parts of PenLight’s business operations, and we are grateful for a powerful connection to our members and community.
