As Coronavirus continues to spread protecting the health of our members and staff is our primary concern. PenLight is taking action to ensure our employees remain healthy while reducing exposure to others.
Though we will continue to offer our full range of services, effective Monday, March 16, 2020 and until further notice the main lobby of our business office will be closed to the public. This is an important step in reducing exposure. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What this means for you:
All member payments must take place over the phone 253-857-5950, submitted via drop box, made online (One Time Pay or AutoPay options available) or through our drive-up window
Visit www.penlight.org and click on “Manage Account” to access online payment options
Project Help documentation may be scanned/emailed if plausible, or submitted via drive-up window
Other inquiries like start/stop service, billing information, general questions etc. must be completed via phone 253-857-5950, or email email@example.com
Engineering service appointments will require advanced scheduling and will be held off-site (please call 253-857-1547 to arrange)
