Persons interested in being nominated for PLC’s Board of Directors should click here to download an application. Completed applications can be returned as follows:
1. Scan and email.
2. Mail to: PLC Nominating Committee, PO Box 78, Gig Harbor, WA 98335
3. Hand-deliver to PLC headquarters at 13315 Goodnough Drive NW, Purdy, WA 98332 during regular working hours (8AM to 4:30PM), Monday through Friday.
4. Place in PLC’s drop box (located by drive-through window) during non-business hours.
