With our secure online bill pay, you can make payments, view your last 13 months of statements and opt out of receiving your paper bill.In order to pay your bill online, you will need to have your member number and account number ready.

Pay by Phone at (253) 853-1388
PenLight’s automated phone system gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To use, simply dial; (253) 853-1388 and you will find yourself in the automated system. There you will be able to get information about your account, including your last payment amount and current amount due. You can pay your bill via Visa, MasterCard or American Express and can also learn about PenLight products and services.
In order to pay your bill by phone, you will need to have your member number and account number ready. You will be prompted to give both of these numbers at once, resulting in one 13 digit number. For example, if your member number is 012345 and your account number is 0067890, the correct number to enter would be 012345006789.
Members who are having trouble with this system will be able to dial "0" at any time to reach a Member Services representative, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any further questions, please contact Member Services at 253.857.5950.

Drive Up Window & Drop Box
To make your utility bill payment, the Drive-up Window is currently open from 8:00am—6:00pm. It is located at Peninsula Light Company's headquarters (13315 Goodnough Drive NW). As of June 4th, 2012, the drive-up window hours will change to 8:00am—4:30pm, but our drop box (located at the drive up window) is also available to receive payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
